Four to eight weeks on something that is actually being built.
Structured placements for students and early-career professionals. You are attached to a live project, given a deliverable, and expected to finish it.
What the placement gives you
A real deliverable
A baseline survey, an impact assessment, a communications pack or a data set. Something with your name on it that outlives the placement.
A mentor, not a supervisor
Weekly one to one with the person running the programme you are attached to.
Certificate and recommendation
Issued on completion, naming the project and the deliverable rather than the dates you attended.
Field exposure that counts
Government schools, district offices, panchayats and CSR teams. The parts of the sector most placements never reach.
Where interns are placed
Tell us your discipline and we will match you to a live project rather than invent a task for you.
Social work
Community entry, beneficiary interviews, case documentation.
Public health
Camp design, screening data, referral follow-up.
Environment
Plantation survival tracking, site assessment, maintenance frameworks.
Communications
Photography, project stories, the annual report.
Data and technology
Beneficiary records, dashboards, keeping the project library honest.
Commerce and law
Utilisation certificates, compliance filings, CSR documentation.
